Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Elm Toys! Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.



Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receipt. Please note, we do not process or ship orders from Friday at 12 pm EST through Sunday or on holidays.

In periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days.



Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. The tracking number will activate within 24 hours.



Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that Elm Toys is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by destination.



Damaged or Lost Shipments

Elm Toys is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all packaging and damaged items.
  2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.



Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries

We make every effort to validate shipping addresses at checkout. If the address cannot be verified, we will contact you for clarification. If no update is provided, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Elm Toys is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.



Missing or Stolen Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Contact us immediately via email.
  2. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Local law enforcement may be involved in the investigation. Upon completion, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please allow up to 21 days for the process to conclude.



Shipping Delays

Due to high demand and supply chain challenges, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please allow an additional 1–4 business days for order processing during peak periods.
